Upon arrival, you’ll discover the charming seasonal bunkhouse, affectionately known as the “Crow’s Nest.” Please note: The Crow’s Nest is seasonal and available from May through September 13 only. The main level features a full kitchen, comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and half bath. Downstairs, guests will find two inviting queen bedrooms and a shower. The Crow’s Nest provides a private and comfortable retreat for additional guests.

From the Crow’s Nest, make your way toward the main house and waterfront, descending approximately 48 steps through the property toward the lake.

The main house welcomes you into a bright kitchen and dining area, with a beautifully positioned lakeside king bedroom just off the space. Continue into the warm, open-concept living room, creating the perfect gathering space after a day spent enjoying the lake. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the living area—one furnished with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the spectacular lakefront setting. The spacious deck overlooking Keuka Lake provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, leisurely outdoor dining, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

Continue down to the patio, where your private outdoor retreat awaits. Unwind in the inviting hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or fire up the gas grill for an unforgettable evening outdoors.
Just beyond the patio, follow the path to the waterfront and settle into the lakeside seating area before heading out onto the dock. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful morning by the water, taking a refreshing swim, launching a kayak, or simply soaking in the scenery, this property offers an unforgettable way to experience Keuka Lake.
