It is one of four residences sharing an 11-acre property with 800 feet of shoreline, while providing private indoor accommodations and a furnished balcony with lake views.
The main floor features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eight-person dining table, island seating, a Smart TV, and a half bathroom. A washer and dryer are also available.
All three bedrooms are upstairs and furnished with queen beds, storage, and wall-mounted Smart TVs. Two bedrooms have lake views, and the primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
