* The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
* The gas grill is available, but guests must refill the propane when needed and clean the grill after each use.
* Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.
* Exterior cameras monitor the front-door area. There are no cameras inside.
* Parties and events are not permitted.
* Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any damage or concerns within the first hour.
* Before departure, secure the home, start the dishwasher, turn off air-conditioning units during summer, and set the heat to 60°F during winter.
Because this is a lakefront property, seasonal insects and cobwebs may appear between cleanings. The home is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, but additional pest-control service or cobweb removal is not provided during a stay.
