For summer stays, please set the AC to 68 degrees before leaving. During winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. Your attention to these settings ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the home by the front door. If there is a noise issue, please call us right away. We will take care of it promptly.

🚽 Septic System:
The house is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything besides waste and toilet paper.

🔥 Grill:
For properties with grills, guests are responsible for bringing their own propane.

💧 Appliances:
Please note that the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge do not work.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
