Private Conesus Retreat | Lake Views | Fire Pit

Set above Conesus Lake, this private hillside home pairs wide lake and woodland views with a peaceful setting away from the activity of the shoreline. Its two-level layout works especially well for families and groups seeking shared gathering spaces with additional privacy.

The upper level is accessible from the backyard and features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Walk-out porches frame panoramic lake and sunset views, creating inviting spaces for meals and quiet mornings.

The walkout lower level includes a kitchenette, a third full bathroom, and direct outdoor access. This semi-private floor gives guests additional room to spread out while remaining connected to the rest of the group.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms with one king bed, one king daybed, and one queen bed. Two twin beds incorporated into the common-area sectional provide additional sleeping space. Three full bathrooms offer convenience for larger groups.
