Conesus Lakeis a peaceful destination in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Surrounded by scenic beauty and a warm, laid-back atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind while still enjoying outdoor adventure. Spend your days visiting nearby wineries, hiking local trails, or boating on the sparkling lake. Evenings are best enjoyed by the fire pit, watching the sunset or paddling out on the water for a truly nostalgic experience.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the full property, with the exception of a few locked cabinets reserved for storage. We kindly ask that you respect the peaceful nature of the neighborhood.

🛏️ Accommodations 🛏️
Choose from five different rustic cabins:
NOTE: There are some pots and pans and cooking essentials. We recommend bringing disposable plates, cups and utensils.

The Main House sleeps up to 4 with a queen and double bed. This cabin has a full bathroom, washer and dryer and a full kitchen, and a large living room.

Hillside Cottage sleeps 4 with a queen futon and a double bed. There is also a full bathroom, kitchen with a sink, fridge, microwave and small living room area.

For a rustic experience, the Cabin in the Woods sleeps 5 with bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top, and 2 twins. There is also a kitchen sink, microwave and full size refrigerator.

The Lake View Studio sleeps 2 and offers 2 twin beds a small sink and small fridge for drinks. This unit is also attached to the bath house.

The Bunk House sleeps 3 and has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top and a small sitting area with a microwave.

There is a bath house that features 2 shower stalls, 2 toilet stalls and a double sink.

The Rec Hall features several tables for large pot luck dinners or games. There is a pool table, bar, tv and fire place.

The Game Cabin has an over sized chalkboard, small ping pong table and multiple other toys for kids. There is also a new playground

Each space is designed for comfort in a classic camp atmosphere, whether you're a solo adventurer, a couple, or a large group. The property boasts an array of outdoor activities! Enjoy kayaking (life jackets included) on Conesus Lake, stroll through the 9 acres of scenic land, or gather around the fire pit for late-night stories and s’mores. The private dock a short walk across the road offers easy access to the water, making it perfect for boating or fishing. The Rec Center and Ball Diamond are available for even more fun with friends and family. 🌊🔥

Kamp Kontent is perfect for families! We offer a Pack 'n Play, children's books, board games, and toys, ensuring a great time for kids of all ages. Plus, furry friends are welcome, and we host weddings and events for up to 25 guests! 🐾👶💍

🐈🐕This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) . Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you🐈

🚿 Please note: Our septic system is sensitive. Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper or putting non-biodegradable items down the drains to prevent clogs.

📺 Entertainment: Enjoy a 45" TV equipped with Disney+ and Netflix, plus an Alexa Dot sound system for music(Main House). Challenge your friends to a game of pool or relax with a good book.

🔥 Outdoor Fun: Take advantage of the fire pit, BBQ grill (please bring your own charcoal and guests are responsible for refilling propane), and outdoor dining space while enjoying the charming camp feel. Kayaks and a private dock are also available for water adventures. Dock can accommodate 2 boat tied to the dock. Please bring bumpers.

🛑 Safety First: Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher are all in place for your safety. For added security, we have exterior cameras (entryways and driveway only).
