PLEASE READ: You are booking the entire property, which is divided into three separate units. The main unit faces Keuka Lake and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrances to the other two units are located on the side of the house; each of these units has one bedroom and one bathroom. Although the units are separate, they are easily accessible to each other.

It is best to have your own mode of transportation in this area. Uber is available, but times of operation may vary.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
